Our 100 acre farm is located in southwest Oregon near the small town of Selma. Our land has been used for farming since at least 1890 when our barn was built. Our show quality Angora Goats, Shetland & Gotland sheep enjoy the shade from our heritage oak trees and relatively mild climate. Our Angora goat herd varies between 100-150 Angora goats and 50-60 sheep. We started our Gotland Sheep project in 2005 and as of 2006 have the largest Gotland sheep ranch in North America. We also have several livestock guardian dogs and various breeds of chickens.

Jeff and Carol and Carol's mother live on the farm and all enjoy the animals and the shows. Carol's father, George, passed away in April of 2006 and we are very happy that he was able to stay with us in his last years.

Our registered white and naturally colored Angora goats, Shetland and Gotland sheep produce beautiful, silky fiber in a rainbow of natural colors. We also occasionally sell dyed mohair to extend the raindow of colors available.

We are registered breeders with the Colored Angora Goat Breeders Association - CAGBA, the American Angora Goat Breeders Association - AAGBA and the North American Shetland Sheepbreeders Association - NASSA and the North American Gotland Sheep Breeders Association - NAGSBA. Jeff and Carol are both Certified Registry inspectors for CAGBA. Carol is the Vice President of NAGSBA and the newsletter editor for CAGBA. Jeff is the Northwest Director for CAGBA. We believe in supporting the associations who provide education and help us promote these beautiful animals.

We enjoy welcoming visitors to our farm. The tour includes the animal facilities, our fiber processing studio with lots of bags of nice quality mohair and wool. We also have a professional quilt finishing machine for Carol's "other" hobby. The workshops are usually of interest to the mechanically inclined where we are always working on perfecting feeders or the like for Angora goats (suggestions are encouraged).

We have overnight visitor facilities available to people coming from out of town to purchase or evaluate animals. We attend a number of shows during the year and can sometimes help deliver animals to or from the shows.

We hope you enjoy the website. Carol is now taking on the updating as Jeff is out of town on his "other" job during the week. Let us know what you think.

Carol has a big hug for Cienna picked by Dr. Fred Speck as the 2006 Champion Doe at the Black Sheep Gathering in Eugene, Oregon.
(Actually, I was hanging on for dear life because I was falling on my bottom! That's why the face is so red!)
This is our Pumpkin nose to nose with the first born doe of the 2007 season; Finia out of Anestasia and Dillon. Pumpkin is Jeff's close buddy.
Cole was Reserve Champion Buck at the 2006 Black Sheep Gathering. He also finished 2nd at the CAGBA Nationals. He now lives with Dawn Lantz in Washington.
