Beautifully Dyed Mohar

Ronan Country Fibers is a direct producer of fine high quality mohair, Shetland and Gotland/Shetland cross wool. Our breeding program objectives are to produce the finest fiber possible on healthy, robust, well conformed and healthy animals.

We primarily sell fiber raw but occasionally can wash fiber for you. Carol dyes mohair when she has time. Above are some of samples. Our washed mohair is left in the lock unless other arrangements are made. Dyed mohair is skirted and washed before it is dyed. It is also left in the lock unless you order it picked or carded. Single lot sizes vary but Carol does take special orders when she has time. If you need a specific color or grade of fiber phone or e-mail to check the availability.

Dye lots can vary from batch to batch so be sure to order enough fiber to complete you project. The samples in the picture above are shown in white pillow cases for color reference and each bag is between 3-5 pounds.
